Hey everyone. I'm 5'5.5 and weigh 146. I want to lose about 30 pounds at the least so I can stop being the fat kid. Whenever I go to the mall, I feel so fat because there are all of these really cute clothes but I know they wont look good on me so I don't buy them. I go running 2 miles every night that I can and I'm trying to be on a diet by not eating food inbetween meals. It doesnt seem to be working because I have done that for 2 weeks and havn't seen any results. does anyone have any methods to lose 30 lbs in a little less than 4 months?

Hey! I'm like almost the same as you. I'm about 147lbs, 5'5". I wanna weigh 120-125lbs by September, for high school. Do you wanna be diet buddies?

I'm not sure but I'll give some possible suggestions. (My family isn't into dinners together.) Maybe if you ate the dinner, and just ate less. Would your parents be supportive of that?

the problem with that is that we have a family dinner like every night so what am i going to do...skip it? i dont think my parents would let me. and lunch at school is also unnutruicious but i bring my lunch so i can tell my mom to pack me something healthy. the summer is really soon though so it'll be easier

well, you have to eat healthy. instead of the recommended 3 big meals per day.. eat like 5 healthy small meals a day. THats what the japanese ppl do and they all seem to be really skinny.
try doing abs crunches or kick boxing or an exersizing video. also do NOT eat after 8 o clock at night or your body will automatically turn that into fat.
