i dont care how much weight i lose by august, i just want to make my 43 inch stomach down to at least 35 inches and slim my thigs, is this possiable? and how much weight would i have to lose to achineve this goal? I NEED HELP FAST!!!!

i found that diets make you crave more sweets...SO just make your goal of dos, and don'ts like what you wanna start eating more of and start eating less of and write it down then follow your goals like for my list i have down on my don'ts fried foods and greasy foods, because those foods have a lot of fat in them and on my dos i have down more fruits and veggies, so do that and cut down on the soda and try your hardest to drink 8 glasses of water a day or around 8 glasses, and exersize 20-20 minuts every day or every other day, and if you keep that up you will defenitly reach your goal and lose some inches~good luck~ *girly*xoxo*
