i need to lose 10 inches from my waist, 3 inches from my arms and 6 inches from my thigs by august!!!! all together that is 19 inches in about 3 months, is this possiable? and how many calories should i eat and how long should i exercise to achienve this? IM WILLING TO DO ANYTHING...HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

1200 calories, don't go any lower. really workout hard though! everyday except give yoursel;f a break at least once a week. do thingsa that really gets your heart rate up. my email is red8705@hotmail.com. i want to lose quite a bit by summer if you need a diet buddy. just write that it;s from blubberbusters on the heading...
