Will running just tone your legs or will it lose some of the weight in your thighs? I would like to get to where my thighs dont jiggle too much and to where they dont touch when you walk any suggestions?

I heared that runniung a lot will make your legs all gross and musculer... i hope not

it will burn calories, and that mesans you'll lose weight if you eat less calories then you're burning in a day. you can never tell from where you'll lose it though...
