I am having a problem to on my weight.All i can say is drink a lot of water.I mean a lot of it. Always drink a glass or two before u eat anything because it will fill u up fast and u wont eat as much. You should atleast exercise for 25 to 45 minutes a day. It will help u a lot. Try to stay busy because if u do the less u will think a bout food. THis really works. You need to stay away from fattening foods, and sugar.
