I just exercised and played basketball for 3 hours and all I have eaten is some grilled chicken carrots and corn. Is that a good start to losin weight

hun, that isn't a good start. You need food from all four food groups, have a fruit in the morning, have a sandwhich for lunch, and a fair amount of dinner.... Keep excersising though, thats a wonderful thing. Good luck!
