hey. I am 4'10 and i weigh 115 pounds. I have an exercise bike at my house and all during the week i pedealaded some days 30 minutes , 10 minutes , 20 minutes but everyday i pedaled. what body parts does that reduce the fat in? and how soon will i notice it. and whjat are some otehr good exercises. please write back. and if u read this may 16th its my birthday!

you should be very proud you are like the perefect weight you just haven't got time to notice. and and you should take a good look at your self becuase you are skinny. the thing that you should worry about is personality and if you have a great personality then you are the perfect girlever just build up some confidence.

You're welcome! How was your birthday? My best advice would be to exercise for atleast 30 mins 5 days a week and eat around 1200 calories - everything in moderation! Eat lots of fruit and veg! Eat around 4-5 small meals a day - it helps keep your metabolism up which helps you lose weight! Drink lots of water too - sometimes we confuse hunger for thirst! Be sensible about it!

Hey,
Happy birthday for tomorrow! There aren't any exercises that actually spot reduce, so riding the exercise bike will help burn calories and fat all over - not just in one place, however it does help tone up your legs and butt! weight training will help lose weight as muscle helps burns fat! What kind of thing are you after?
