hey everyone im back on the site finally and im determined to lose all my fatness by summer so when i start high school i can look good i already have my plan form mandi or whatevers site thanks! so im gonna try that and see if it works...i was just wondering if you add lemon to your water what does it do to you? like does make you lose weight faster? please respond...and yeah... thanks a lot or you can e-mail me at cutebabyblue11@hotmail.com god bless

Hun, stick to green tea... Lemon in hot water does rid of toxns, but so does green tea. But also, the green tea has a possibility of helping you lose weight if you have it about 3 times a day (Read it in a magaizine a few weeks ago)

Adding lemon to warm water in the morning will help rid your body of some toxins - it doesn't help you lose weight! It's good for you though so you should do it! Good luck with your plans
