hey...i am gonna start my diet today...i was think fruit salad for breakfast, bagel for lunch, bannana for snack, and sum normal dinner. i wil do 445 minutues of arobic exersize do you think i can lose 25 pounds in 3 months? im 5 5 an 148.

hey lisa, i just wanted to say that I don't think u need to lose 25 pounds because the healthy weight range for some1 of ur height and weight is under 141 pounds. U r at risk of becoming overweight, i think u should lose weight until ur like 135 not in the 120's. I'm not oevrweight and never have been (110 lbs.) and weighing 120 pounds for a person 5'5 will make u look well, sorta sickly and anorexic type (don't get offended b/c i have seen lots of ppl who r 5'5 and 120 pounds and they r just gross looking -body wise- meanin they r too skinny). so just take this into consideration. if u need any more help email me at dancergurl14@comcast.net thankx ~annie
