ok...i am starting a deit tommarow and its very strict...like no carbs....only water....stuff like that!! i need support for this so please....POST YOUR SUPPORT NOTES HERE!! thanx!!

Tess that's not a good idea. First of all you will only be getting some the nutrients that you need because almost everything has carbs in it...most fruits and vegtables even have carbs in them so you wouldn't be getting the other nutrients from those things. Second you will get very bored of it very quickly because you're denying yourself of things like juice, diet pop, bread and stuff like that. I think you should try something more healthy. *Ray*Ray*
