I have a question. On this website it says that you need a mixture of fruits, vegetables, and carbs, right? so why in the world is everyone saying they are going on a low carb diet? It is stupid! Any normal person loves to eat pancakes, bisquits, breads, and stuff like that. And also I posted down below, READ it, LIVE IT!

People get very confused about carbs. You should avoid sugars and white flour and other foods that are refined grains. Choose breads and grains that are whole varieties. You do not have to give up all the things you love--you need to cut your sugar carbs--learn about reading food labels. Look for foods with a low total carbohydrate-high fiber and low sugars. Be careful with hidden sugars.
