Hey i'm 13 yeas old and i would like some ideals,i go and work out at a gym everyday for at least 1 hour a day. and i'm still over waight if you can help me please help me
Reply from ray*ray, Age 13 - 05/16/04 - IP#: 66.67.111.xxx Well you might not be seeing results because A-you haven't been going long enough B-you are still consuming more calories then you are burning C-you're building muscle, muscle weighs more than fat so you might be gaining muscle from working out. I would try eating things with less calories/fat in them and drinking lots of water. *ray*ray*
Reply from devin, Age 14 - 05/16/04 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx Hey try just drinking water or unsweet tea. Then eat healthy and less than 1500 calories a day. When you workout do lots of sit ups and crunches then run alot. You should lose alot that way.GOOD LUCK!
