If I exercise everyday for an hour, eat 1,200 calories a day when I usually never exercise and eat alot,how much weight can i lose?

i eat 1200 calories and i get all the proper nutrients. i have a very balanced diet, i eat 25-27g of fiber(which means i'm eat a lot of fruits and veggies which also have vitamins, i'm eating less then 2000mg of sodium(which means i'm not even drinking diet sodas because they're not good even though you suggested them to another kid) i'm eating less then but close to 200 carbs daily, and i get about 30 or moreg of protien and i still have room to throw in a fudgcicle or something else that i like to eat...

depends on what exersize you plan on doing- but quite a lot of you actually stick with it!

a 1200 calorie diet is too restricted. That is not a healthy way to loose weight-you will not get needed nutrients.
