Ok they say about an hour of exersice 2 days a week...well I can't do it for a straight hour...I get too bored, except on sundays I play basketball for an hour...so what can I do instead?? like 30 mins EVERYDAY or what?if I eat like 800-900 calories a day will that help me loose alot?? I weigh 189 5'3"

after school go for like a 15 minute run or bike ride. an hour is too much tho ud get soooo bored.

eat 1200, don't go under that or you'll be slowing down your metabolism, and 30 mintues a day would help a lot...
