Just news (good). I'm happy so I'm going to ramble. The healthy weight range for my height (4'11) is 86 to 125 pounds. I was 120, not terrible, but a bmi around 24. For running, the best for me would be around 20 (100 lbs.) I don't want to go any lower, because I'm just aiming for normal weight, not stickifying. So, I'm 107 now, and only 7 to go before I'm at my final goal. (I'm practically jumping up and down and laughing and smiling at everyone.- My brother is suprised- he didn't know Winnie had a good side to her- at least that's what he said. :P) It's improved my running, and general health. ::Bounces:: ::bounce:: ::bounce::

Thanks. I'm going to try to go low carb for the last bit and see what happens. With all I've heard about it, it sounds like it works. And the menu seems to have good tasting food, lol.
