hiiiiiiiiiiiii,i have a ploblem,since i get home preety late,i don't have time for exercises,,i can't go on a diet(parents disagree)toooooooo,so what should i do to lose 20 pounds before next year...

workout in the morning. that's what i do because i know i won't at night. plus you're more likely to eat healthier if you do that. i read that somewhere and it's been working for me!
