you guys i need some help..i need to lose as much weight as physically posside by next friday (1 week...any ideas..i need to lose at least 5lbs..preferably 10....PLEASE PLEASE reply..please...thank you so much
Reply from Alex, Age 15 - 05/21/04 - IP#: 68.168.255.xxx first off..... 10 pounds in a week is a dream.. second off..... your body is different, if its out of shape, its going to take alot more time for you to lose weight then if you WERE in shape. If your in shape and you got a healthy food intake, sure it can be done, but not in a week, give it a week and a half and I say 10 pounds is possible, and were talking LEGIT ways here..
