Hi, I'm Hillary. I weigh about 230 lbs, and I am 5'6 1/2''. I was wonderering, is there a healthy way that I could lose like 15 lbs. by the middle of June? I have a dance recital, and I don't want to lokk too fat in my costume.

hi! I know how you feel! But I got good news! I lost 10 or 11 pounds in two weeks by eating small portions and also alot of water plus don't eat after 7:00 and workout and exercise is a must that is the only way you can really burn fat! But I hope this help I am still on my missionI have 45 more pounds to go but I will do it and so will you! Good Luck!
