I was wondering if u don't go over 1500 calories in a day, but don't eat very healthy food, would u still gain weight?? Because so far i have had almost 1000 calories in junk food and if i don't eat anything else for the rest of the day until supper do u think my weight will be the same? I'm also going to do some exercise today.

You're supposed to get 1200 calories a day...not 1500.

you may not gain weight, but that won't really achieve being healthy. if you go more than 5 hours without eating, you're body will start conserving its energy and burn even less calories than usual.
