hey i posted late last night and didnt put much. i am 5'9 and weigh 200 lbs. i have a pudgy face and arms and legs. my stomach is the main part that bothers me. it sticks waaaaaayyy out bcuz i am so tall. i need help:):):):):):):) thanx ya'll (jennifer)

I can totally relate because I used to be exactly the same size....same height and weight. And all of the fat goes to my stomach too, otherwise I look OK. Sit-ups and crunches are really good, they're hard when you have a flabby stomach but once you get those ab muscles workin it gets easier. Also cut out high-fat foods in your diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water. You may not lose a ton of weight, at least not right away, but in the long run doing those things will improve your overall health and give you more energy to exercise, which will really help you a lot.

all i can say is: toning for teens: the 20 minute workout that makes you look good and feel great. it sounds like exactly what you need. check out at the library or something and try it!! you'll get the results that joyce vedral says you'll get!
