why do you think weight loss would be that easy??? its not honey..you cant lose 10 pounds a week..maybe 2 at the most..2 lbs of fat..other ppl that lose more then that arent' losing fat..they are losing muscle and water weight. so..here's your plan eat right..exersize..and be patient..later

that's pretty much impossible to lose 10 lbs a week. 1-2 pounds a week is normal weight loss for teenagers. if you want to lose weight, i recommend this book toning for teens: the 20 minute workout that makes you look good and feel great. it's a great way to lose weight safely and it works.
