Reply from Melissa, Age 14 - 05/22/04 - IP#: 68.215.160.xxx that's pretty much impossible to lose 10 lbs a week. 1-2 pounds a week is normal weight loss for teenagers. if you want to lose weight, i recommend this book toning for teens: the 20 minute workout that makes you look good and feel great. it's a great way to lose weight safely and it works.
