Hi. im 13 and im 165 cm or 5ft 5 and im fat. im 63kgs or 140lbs. i really wanna loose weight. if you could help me thats great. i no this sounds like a regular fat teen but i have a bf and he says he is gonna dump me if i dont loose weight. i no this isnt a very nice person but he says he will help me. but he is thin so he dosent no how to loose weight. i really wanna no how to become thin.
