how many calories do u loose walking 2 miles?

Reply from anne, Age 17 - 05/23/04 - IP#: 216.66.96.xxx it's not the same calories burned whether you walk or run.first off, the higher the intensity- the more after-burn you will have(calories burned the hour after you stop working out). and secondly- you'll burn different ratios of carbs/fat calories. but the higher intensity the better- just as long as you don't over-do it and you don't give in quicker...
