hey guys it took me about 2 months but now i am almost at my goal weight! in march i weighed about 150 pounds now i weigh 135 pounds! i only need to loose 10 more pounds b4 my goal weight!

First things first. I'm not a very big eater but when i do eat i used to eat really bad foods. once i had like 10 oreos in a day! and u know what? One day i told myself i was only going to eat max of 2 oreos. I did that the whole week and i lost 5 pounds! I also got a gym membership, drank tons of water or diet sodas, went surfing/swimming with my mates(I live in Australia so thats a privliage for me) and ate tons of veggies and fruits... the weight went off quickly

Gr8!!!!!!!! I am glad! I have only lost a/b 25 lbs. since the first part of the year and I want to lose like 40-50 more! How did ya do it?
