please tell me if this diet plan sounds good breakfast-(skim milk,non fat yogurt) lunch- (fruit and jello thats sugar free and fat free) snack-(salad) snack #2-protien (aka tuna,healthy choice turkey or chicken) dinner- )one slim fast shake*plus 8 cups of water a day and 3 cups of green tea)i need some advice today becasue I want to start it tommorow...help!

To all you ppl who think making a diet plan for any amount of time should be the same foods every single day, IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK!!!!!! Listen to me plz!!!!!! NE one agree?
