hey everyone well im goi nt oeat eggs in the morning and like a piece of like lnch meat.. and than drink ALOT of water and than for dinner eat cabbasge soup and chumbers for a snak and work out for like an hour and a halfd i weight like 150 and im 5'4 i wantto weight about 120..115.. by like august CAN I DO IT???????? please commenti
