hey everyone! i have a month till i go away on a surfin holiday. if i do 100-200 sit-ups a day, do u think that would b enough 2 tone my stomache. also if it is a little flabby, will it tone or do i need 2 loose weight?thankyou and good luck everyone.\ xxxxx

if there's fat on it you need to burn it by doing cardio. i suggest taebo!but jogging works too:)
