Hey guys..I'm so happy right now. I went from 147 to 137 in like...a month..maybe a little more I'm not sure..but I feel motivated and great. I mean..shoot. maybe with in another month I'll be 130. My goal is 120 I'm 5'1" so I'll still look a little heavy. But I guess that's a good weight for me. Is there anybody out there who is 5'1" and Is about the same weight as me? We could lose it together. KK later guys..good luck to everyone..stay motivated oh..and exersize is key!!

Hey!
When I was your age I was about the same height and weighed about 120, maybe a bit less. Now I'm 19 though and 5'3 and 103 lbs. 120 sounds like a good target weight, when you get older you'll probably lose weight on your own, like I did.

omg, i just wanna say congragualtions!!! It's really hard to actually follow a diet and exercise plan, and i mean ur doing a fantastic job at it. I would really like to know how u like don't give into cravings and how u stay so true to ur diet??? I wanna eventually weigh 120 too!!! And i'm currently at 140 pounds, and i have weighed this for like 2 months and no matter what i do i just can't seem to lose this last 20 pounds. I was wondering if u could give me any pointers that u may have, because out of everybody on this site u really seem to know what ur doing, so if u could help me out that would be great.
