this is the LAST time i will ask if sum one can give an answer!! I need to lose 25 pounds in 3 months...if i eat cereal and skim milk for breakfast...strawberries and cereal/toast for lunch and a small portion of what my mom makes for dinner for 3 months and drink 8 glasses of water and exersize an hour everyday can i lose 25 pounds....

ive managed to lose 34lbs in 14 weeks....it is possible but wont work if u starve urself co zu wont stick 2 it...i did it with weightwatchers...u don't really go hungry that much & u lose weigh steadily. ull lose faster if u add exercise...i do walking, trampolining& taebo....do what u find fun so u can stick to it....good luck by the way...and a few tips...always eat breakfast, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, exercise at least 30mins 4/5days, eat moderately and regularly...i know its nothing new but its what works xxxxxxxxxxxx

You would lose weight from not getting enough food, but u should lose weight by eatinf healthy...sorry but u need more fruits and veggies...even if u don't ;like them

it's possible yes. if you want to do it that way then fine- even if it gets boring the anser is yes. yes, you will lose weight IF you stick with. i suggest that you take those food's calories and sodium levels and find other foods that match in those ways and switch up your diet so you don't get bored...
