self control problem-- help I can't stick to a diet cause I always make up excuses to myself for why its ok to eat w/e food, but I really wanna loose weight and be able to control myself

well, dont eat the same thing everyday when on a diet. substitute similar calorie/fat/protien/carb amounts at every meal. also, try to snack on healthy fruits and veggies often, so cravings for snacks wont be as bad. if you want to have a bit of junk food, i suggest a bitesize sugarfree peice of crunch( most supermarkets sell them, and they taste really good)
remember, having one little unhealthy snack doesnt ruin your diet, it just means you need to add more satisfying foods, as well as be more careful. it may be hard, but the reward is better. good luck, bye!

It's ok, b/c i too couldnt stick to a diet plan. here's the thing: just cut all of the food you eat in half, and dont drink any cokes or sodas. i did that and people were telling me i looked like i was losing weight. i hope this helps! gl
