Hey how much weight can you lose in 4 days? Is it even possible to lose like 4 lbs? Im wondering b/c I think I did (my stomach seems flatter) but Im not sure b/c my scale doesnt work anymore.

a pound a day?......thats healthy, for about 5 days, but after that, dont try to lose anymore that fast
