has anyone ever tried slim fast?
Reply from Mandi, Age 17 - 05/28/04 - IP#: 24.8.61.xxx Oh boy have i tried Slim Fast and believe me hun it isnt the best approach. What slim fast lacks in calories it makes up in fat and sodium. Try just eating less and eating more healthy. Slim fast isnt worth the money or the effort.
