running helps your legs, and reverse crunches help your tummy, also regular and bicycle crunches help...the bicycle crunches also help your legs

no- crunches won't flatten your tummy- they'll just build your ab muscles but you'll still have fat on top. you need to also be doing cardio exersize to burn fat...

i dont know how to make your thighs smaller but to flatten your tummy you can do crunches which gives you a six pack but if you dont want a really defined 6 pack then you can just do it until you see a little 6 pack and it will flatten your tummy!
