I think I'm overweight, but everyone around me thinks I'm not. I weigh about 145lbs and am 5'3 3/4 in. I'm pretty muscular, my legs and my arms look fine but I need to work on my stomach. I want to loose weight and I've been eating pretty healthy and doing crunches and running alot. I would just like some encouragement from someone who doesn't have to worry about hurting my fealings and will be honest with me. Thanks for your time . ok heres a toning excercise that reely works wonders on ur stomach: first u lay down w/ ur knees bent and ur feet flat on the floor hip width apart. then u hold a light medicine ball or basketball in ur hands and stretch ur arms over ur head. seconf u lift urself up so only ur shoulder blades come up off the floor. while ur doin that lift ur arms over ur head so that the ball is rite above ur knees. count 2 and lie back down. do 3 sets of 12 reps twice a week...u should see results in like 2 weeks. i hope i helped. good luck!
