I've been eating so much lately my stomach hurts! I keep coming up with little diets or whatever but I never stick to them. So now I've decided I am only going to eat fruit and veggies and drink milk and water, until I lose 10 pounds. I'll make fruit smoothies in the blender with mango milk and ice (They are so good!!!) and eat as much fruit and veggies as I want, but thats it. Ill give you guys progress reports every few days to let you know if it works. Good luck to everyone!

My friends and I are going on a group diet this summer and motivating eachother, they hvae the same problem as us.. skinny before, and heavier now! I feel like my guy past was WAY better than it is now, maybe its a self confidence thing!?
Reply from chelsea, Age 15 - 05/31/04 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx sounds to me like just another one of those little diets you keep coming up with that you keep messing up on..so dont even try it..why dont you just except the fact that its going to take time!! eat 1500 calories a day - not of any specific food..but make sure you get healthy stuff in..drink a lot of water and exersize..Don't you get it..if you keep setting yourself up like this your going to fail. Our bodies need protein and veggies and fruits are not enough for our bodies you should have atleast one serving of protein either in meat or beans. goodluck oh and if u eat only fruits ad veggies you will get tired of them and eventualy give up .
