Hello everyone I just started La Weight Loss Program (www.laweightloss.com) And I am realy hoping it will work. Well just if u want to know.. Here is what i ate today..BREAKFAST: 7 oz of Crab , 3/4 cup of Papaya , 8 oz of Skim Milk , And 1 LA Bar. LUNCH:Letteuce with 1 Chicken Breast Cut in to bits , and 1 Smothie of 3/4 cup of Papaya with 8 oz of Skim Milk. DINNER: 7 oz of Tuna With Lettuce and Tomato (like a salad) and 1 LA Bar. Oh and i drank 8 Glasses Of Water :D I am realy dedicated i am going to follow My diet and Lose weight . Well see ya later.

Sounds, pretty good. It seems pretty healthy and everything, and there seems to be enough food so that's great!! It shouldn't be that hard to stick to then... anyways good luck

Glad to hear you're so dedicated! Hm...that seems like alot of food! Sounds like a satisfying diet.
