OMG I made a record for most successful dieting DAY!!!Exercise: Walk Away the Pounds tape (2 miles), 30 minutes of brisk walking/jogging, 600 jumping jacksBreakfast: egg and sausage Lunch: fruit cup, smoked oysters Snack: string cheese, 3 tablespoons of pistachios Dinner: lean chicken, veggies. I DEFINITELY think I can lose AT LEAST 10lbs by August! How did you guys do today?
