I'm 14yrs old and i weigh more than i want to. I'm only 5'4 and overweight. I want to lose alot of weight but i want to start at 10lbs. How can i do this without trying to overeat??

There are plenty of diets out there just investigate which one will work for you. And then make it a goal of yours to do at least one exercise thing a day whether it be taking the dog for a walk or just doing some aerobic tape. Remember the more you do the more you will loose exercise-wise. Drink lots of water, water makes you feel full so you can eat less but not too much you dont want to feel sick. And have a positive attitude. There ya go loosing weight sumed up.
