Okay so , I've figured it out! 3 more of my friends and I are all going on a "group diet" and fitness fast this summer! We're rewarding ourselves at the end by ogoing on a shopping spree and fitting into clothes we used to be able to fit into hands down!!! Any tips on how to lose 25 lbs. in 2-3 months? We're going to do 1200 cals a day, work out every day, and drink 8 glasses of water! Also, we're not going to completely outlaw carbs, jsut be carb cautious! Sound okay!? I've done it before, and hopefull i can do it again!
