Hey i'm 4'10 and i weigh 115 pounds. i use my exercise bike alot but i dont know how often to use it so that iloose weight pretty fast becuase i want to loose 10 pounds in about a month so i need your help!

thanks sooooo much because i really appreciate it.
but i have a ? does breakfast help to loose weight becuas normally i eat lunch and dinner and have like 2 snacks

u shouldn't aim to lose weight fast. aim to be healthy and ull lose weight. eat moderate meals...NEVER skip breakfast and exercise for 30 mins a day...find something u enjoy...i do taebo, skipping, walking, dancing and trampolining...mix it up & HAVE FUN!! find things u can keep up for the rest of your life. aim to lose 1-2lbs a week. eat lots of fruit and veg& drink plenty of water....around 8glasses a day....sorry im goin on a bit....good luck xxxxxxxx
