hi im frankie ive been on a diet for 6-7 months i exercise each night on the gazzal and walk and eat only twice a day lunch and dinner.. im 200 pounds and 5'5.but i probably lost sum weight during the past months .my diet used to be eggs,3toasts and coffee,lunch is whatever at school and after school snack was like chips and sandwhich and dinner .but i stoped eating all that for my health . i wanna change for my mom and i she knew i was unhappy she encouraged my to diet. me on a diet has changed the way i feel ive been happy and im not lazy like i used to be. if youd like to talk more email is arozfrankie@hotmail.com

It is the most important meal of the day, and even if its only some kind of slimfast, or other diet shake, you need the vitimins you get from a daily breakfast can i ask, what kinds of things you7 eat for dinner and lunch now?
