hi im 14 and 5'4" i weigh 160 lbs...i know it doesn't seem like a lot but all of my friends are skinny...i went to one of my friends pool party and my stomach was like hanging all over the place and people were making fun of me...it was really hurting.does anybody have any tips? please post something....its really hard for me to lose weight bc i eat a lot and i love food. if anybody is like similar weight and age and height u can IM me on AIM on andthereasonisu6. thanks!

First of all don't let other peoples remarks get you down, those people have probably never had a weight problem to know how you feel. Instead use their remarks to boost you into doing something about your weight problem! And when you feel like you just have to eat read a book, call a friend or write in a journal. Just what ever floats your boat other than eating. Good luck and if you have any ?'s feel free to ask me. :)

kaitlyne, i always wondered how much you weighed b/c you always seem like you got something good going for you and you always have good ideas in diet plans and stuff...

When u crave food just do something else. Today is my new start to a new life! I drank choc. milk drink at 8:30, ate a piece of pizza at 10:30, ate potatoe wedges at 12:30 and a few bites of cottage cheese at 2:30! U need to eat random small meals like me.
