where do you order the food for weight watchers? can you just buy the prepackaged meals from the store? plus if you sign up online what do you get? a calculator with point vales and stuff?

u don't have to buy special food on weightwatchers. u just work out the points of ordinary food from the nutritional info...saturated fat& calories....they do sell weight watchers food though that's already pointed and its sold in most supermarkets

well, you CAN eat whatever you want, and get the point value from your booklet(youll buy it at the first meeting) you can also have "smartones"(i think thats what thier called) the packeged weight watchers meals.
