Hey for like the past 3 days i've been doing tae bo-pilates and biking so in total im exercising around two hours and 30 minutes but my legs and arms feel pretty soar. Am i over exercising?

you don't need that much exersize! did you know that working out for an hour and working out for two hours boosts your metabolism the same? you just need to be consiztent and just turn it down to about an hour- maybe even an hour and a half but that's pushing it so don't do it every day. try alternating pilates and taebo days. don't drop the taebo though! taebo's the best!

your body isnt used to that much exercise so you're bound to ache. u should start light and work your way up. also 2hrs30mins is a lot of exercise that u wont be able to keep up everyday for the rest of your life. u should aim for 30mins to an hour
