Thanks for the replys befor, its nice to know people are able to give me some advice, but im really upset today as ive put on over 5lbs, the doctor was shocked that ive goten to fat, but im not really fat, im obese and i think he said extreamly so too, if anyone has any ideas, my email is wolfmun2004@yahoo.com i have yahoo mesanger too so if you want to add me to that to, its ok :)

And my doctor dosn't seem to like me of late, he keeps saying that im the heavyest kid he has seen

Well that happens to me some times. You just need to stick to your plan. Just think os what your reward is at the end. Junk food only tastes good for a little while but it will be with you forever. just think of the conseqences.

my doctor does that to me all the time.....finally got a new doctor....i am almost 13 and weight 200 lbs. and i am 5'9.....so dont feel bad-jennifer
