i am starting tomorrow my own version of weight watchers. i have the book that says how many points are in the foods and stuff so i willl stick to that system and even tho it does alow flexibility will stay away from junk food and exercise a lot everyday and plus i play soccer 3 times a week and of course drink tons of water. following this plan how much do u think i can lose in a month-i am supposed to have 20-27 points and i am gonna try to stick with 20

u don't have 2 be an online member to join, u can just register anyway.u cant use some of the stuff but u can use the message boards etc which are helpful

That is a good idea but i think you should check out the weight watchers web sight and my mom is on the program so i have all of the papers
