YAY i lost a pound and i think I am goin to keep at it so i can loose more for next week and not binge on food as mch as i did this past week and excercise more and eat healthy and only when i am hungry and drink water at all other time and I can do this 19 pounds till my end of summer goal at 160 and I can really feel I can do this and I feel really confident and proud of myself and happy that I i have lost a pound which is better then nothin right. Any suggestion on how to loose it just leave a comment otherwise just to congratuate me or w/e i dont really care i tohught i would post looseing one pund cuz it helps keep me motivated.

congratulatins!! that's fantastic...a pound is a great loss. ur well on ur way. Ignore people that think 1lb isnt a lot because 1lb a week is 52lbs in a year!!! also if u got a pound of butter & spread it on ur thighs I bet it'd look alot!!!
