Hey Just to let everyone know the only unhealthy thing to do is to not eat at all but cutting back on calories like 800 a day doesnt mean you'll gain it back once you lose it. I know lots of ppl who lifestyles are like that just bcuz thats how they live... they dont have time to eat every meal that your SUPPOSE to it. ALL YOU CAN DO IS TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS. Skinning ppl eat like that everyday why you think their skinning(dont 4get to workout).Dont take my advice this is just an OPINION.

i thought they tought 17 year olds agist stupidity. thats like saying a diet of fruit, seaweed, and bread is healthy. lol.

hey, poster, i think you need a course in genetics. our bodys are built agianst starvtion, wich benefited our ansestors, but doesnt help us. so, eating 800 cal a day IS stupid, and useless. its too little, so unless you want to lose your hair, abilyty to have kids, freinds and familys respect, and possibly your life, i wouldnt do it.

um- if you cut back too much- it's like not eating anything at all. there's a certain amount that you shouldn't go under because if you do your body will kick into starvation mode. so yeah and also that is unhealthy because there's no way you'll be able to get all the nutrition you need with only 800 cal. a day. oh yeah, by the way0- you'll be losing a lot of muscle. just thought i'd tell you that it is basically as bad if you go into starvation mode. muscles and water go first then the fat and then- well, not good...
