Oh, just to tell those of you who are using meal replacements: KINETIX brand meal replacement bars are AWESOME!!! I also use slimfast and haved used Atkins Advantage, Jamieson Slimdown, Nutribar. Kinetix is the MOST filling and it only has 150 calories per bar (45g). It tastes like Slimfast, which I think is the yummiest amongst all those PUKE-bars that I've tried. Further, it takes longer to chew so you feel more satisfied! I just bought my first box yesterday. I don't know if they have them in the States though...I'm in Canada. ~~MissyK~~

haha, yeah...people from Canada DO kick! Um, the bars are 12.99 for 8 bars. Seems expensive, yes...but your average meal is 5-6 dollars anyway, so these are REALLY cheap.

Lol- thanks for the info. I'm someone who would rather be able to sit down and eat a meal. They're good for people who don't have much time though...
